Services
Each one is useful on its own. Done in sequence they compound, because every step produces the raw material the next step needs. You can start anywhere. Most people should start with the Audit.
See your business clearly. One record per customer, linked to their quotes, jobs and invoices, so the numbers can be trusted.
Take yourself out of the day-to-day. The repetitive work runs itself, and nothing waits on you to remember it.
Put your data to work. AI that answers, drafts and flags, on your terms and inside your guardrails.
Turn a job into an asset. A business that runs without you is the one a buyer can actually buy.
Why the order
Automation on bad data is worse than no automation. Automated follow-up to duplicate records and dead addresses damages your brand faster than a person ever could, and it does it while you are asleep. Clean first, then automate.
AI on undocumented process just guesses confidently. A model can only work from what your systems actually record. If the knowledge lives in someone's head, AI does not extract it, it invents a plausible substitute.
And every step raises the number at step four. Reconciled data is a due-diligence asset, because buyers pay for figures they can verify. Documented, automated process is what removes the key-person discount. That is not a marketing line bolted on the end, it is the whole design.
Which is why the Audit comes first. It tells you which step you are actually on, which is usually not the one you assumed.

One production application reviewed end to end, with a ranked list of what to fix first. $990 + GST, inside a week. If you already run Quickbase, start here rather than with a whole-business audit.

FAQ
No. Most clients start with one and stop when the pain stops. The order matters more than the number: automation built on unreliable data multiplies mess at machine speed, and AI on top of that is worse again. If you only ever do Data Readiness, you will still be better off.
With the Business Readiness Audit ($1,990 inc GST), because guessing is more expensive. It maps your systems, scores your data, and hands back a ranked roadmap with real numbers on it. The fee is fully credited toward any engagement within 90 days, so if you go ahead it costs nothing.
A Data Readiness Sprint runs 2 to 6 weeks. Automation and AI builds are typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. The Exit Value Program runs 3 to 12 months, because changing what a buyer will actually pay takes trading history, not a project plan.
The Audit is $1,990 inc GST. Data Readiness Sprints start from $6,000 + GST, automation and AI builds typically run $8,000 to $25,000 + GST fixed-price, and the Exit Value Program starts from $15,000 + GST. Every build is fixed-price and quoted after the Audit, so you are never billed against an open-ended estimate.
