Quickbase

Quickbase training, on your own apps

A half-day with up to eight of your people, taught on the applications you actually use rather than a sample app. $1,500 + GST, on site in Sydney or online Australia-wide, recording included.

Three sessions, pick one

Do not mix the groups. The useful depth is different for each

Users

Finding things, entering work correctly, using reports, and the handful of habits that stop people breaking records for everyone else.

Administrators

Roles and permissions, user management, report and dashboard building, and what to check when something looks wrong.

Builders

Tables and relationships, formulas and what they cost, Pipelines, and how to change a live application without breaking it.

Why on your own apps

Generic training teaches Quickbase. This teaches your system

Vendor training is good at explaining what the platform can do. It is not able to tell your team why your quoting table works the way it does, which report is the one management actually trusts, or which field will quietly break three things if someone edits it.

That knowledge is usually in one person's head, and it walks out of the building when they take leave. A half-day on your own applications, recorded, is the cheapest way to stop that being a single point of failure.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

What does $1,500 cover?

One half-day session, up to eight people, taught on YOUR applications rather than a demo app. Includes a recording your team keeps, and the exercises worked through on the day. Delivered on site in Sydney or online anywhere in Australia.

Who should be in the room?

One of three groups, not a mixture. Everyday users who need to work faster and stop breaking things; administrators who manage users, roles and reports; or builders who are going to make changes themselves. Mixing them wastes everyone's time because the useful depth is different for each.

Can you train us on an app you did not build?

Yes, and it is common. If nobody currently understands the application, the Quickbase App Health Check first is usually better value, because a session explaining an app I have not read is a worse use of your money.

What if we need more than a half-day?

Most teams do not. Where they do, it is normally because the application itself needs work rather than the people, and I will say so rather than sell a second session.

Do you cover Pipelines and formulas?

Yes, for the builder session. That is where most of the leverage is and where most self-taught teams have quietly built something fragile.
